maintain.ace.assistant is the mobile tool for the maintenance engineer on-site at the plants and machines – designed for the use on mobile devices with the operating systems Windows and Android.
maintain.ace.assistant allows on-site access to the data and documents relevant to a plant as well as the corresponding maintenance procedures – also offline, without connection to the maintain.ace.server. Using the application, the machine documentation can be augmented with photographs and the capturing of conditions on the spot. Assignments and feedbacks can be documented and gathered at once.
Direct contact to maintenance experts from every location allows for the quick and efficient solution of difficult maintenance problems. This enables a seamless flow of information between all persons involved in the maintenance process.
